June 2025: What's Going On?

God is Good and Merciful!

We are already halfway through the year, and time has passed so quickly. June begins in autumn in the Southern Hemisphere — around 10 degrees Celsius in Brazil — while spring begins in the United States. We can only give thanks for yet another month of mission.

The Lord's Supper Series

In May, we launched the "The Lord's Supper" series, based on the book _54 Messages for the Lord's Supper by Ranieri Vieira. We have already received several comments praising the series and highlighting the importance of having, in our Sunday programs, a theme that leads listeners to deep reflection.

💡 Reflection: Breaking bread together on Sundays is not just a memory —

it is a present encounter with Christ, who gave Himself for each one of us.

Spiritual Growth Series

We are concluding the "Spiritual Growth" series by Allen Dutton Jr., with over 80 programs produced — from obstacles to spiritual growth to a step-by-step guide for how it can be developed. Once complete on shortwave, it will be made available in our app.

If you haven't downloaded our app yet, search for "Palavra Alegre" on Google Play or the Apple Store — with access to the Bible (NIV), daily meditations and recorded programs.

Digital Presence

Our partner André Magaldi has been working steadily on website updates, social media and marketing. Every day, our followers follow the meditation post "Palavra Alegre and a sip of coffee."

We are also running a campaign for online Bible studies and continue with translations and recordings of the "Encounters with Jesus" series by Gayle Crowe and the "Words from the President of World Christian" by Andy Baker.

International Contacts

We continue receiving contacts from various countries. Highlights this month:

• Ding Lu, from China — a regular listener who sends us monthly reports

• Helmut Matt, from Germany — who sent a new monthly report

• Bernard Grondi, from Réunion Island (Indian Ocean) — who made contact recently
